This piece is one of my more abstract ones, so feel free to read into it anything that your imagination decides! I do believe that art is a conversation between the minds of the creator and the viewer, and the meaning emerges from that.
For me, it reminds me of my time working as a locum doctor on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia, looking down on the surfers catching the waves from the cliff top path.
- 11 x 14 inches, landscape orientation
- original mixed media on 3/4' deep cradled wood, white sides, semigloss finish
- all originals have finished edges: painted sides on canvas or boards, usually a white border on paper
- colors vary on computer monitors so be aware that colors may have subtle differences in person
