Aspen Alchemy

This was my first and almost only attempt at plein air painting!

I attended an artists retreat just out of Calgary in the fall. The colours of the aspens and the dry grasses were so intense in the early morning.

• 8 x 10 inches image size, 14 x 16 inches with frame, portrait orientation
• Purchase with or without the current frame, which has non-reflective glass
• original mixed media on paper
• all originals have finished edges: painted sides on canvas or boards, usually a white border on paper
• colors vary on computer monitors so be aware that colors may have subtle differences in person
